5 reasons why you should hire moi as your personal trainer (these are GOOD listen up):
1. First up and most important, I actually like what I do. Call me crazy but it makes me happy when you get fit : lose weight : run your first race : fit into your skinny jeans : climb a flight of stairs without sucking wind and can see your kneecaps again. I love it! My clients are the best on the planet.
2. I practice what I preach. I do yoga, run, rock climb, bike and workout at the gym. You'd think most trainers could claim this but NOOOOOOO sadly, some cannot. But just because I like to do fitness-y kind of things doesn't mean I have perfect-body genes. No no no no no and no.
3. Which brings me to my next point. I work hard to stay fit and healthy but I'm not a freaky
gym rat. I struggle with fat genes in my family. There, I said it. It's out in the open now. I like to eat and love chocolate and good wine and salty buttery popcorn YUM and, I'm not done yet, there are times when I really don't feel like working out - same as anyone else. I have to drag my little butt out for a run. I also obsess about certain body parts just like YOU. Don't even get me started on butt exercises. I am your gal if you want to lift your booty North. So I get that it's work and know where my clients are coming from. I just do.
4. I have a teeny-tiny bit of OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) and how exactly does that make me a good personal trainer? Well let's just say my OCD-ness means a highly (cannot stress 'highly' enough) detail oriented training program for you. I like client charts. I like them VERY much. And let's also say a good day for me is when I make sure you do 3-sets of each exercise. This makes me happy, I cannot lie.
5. I'M FUN. And easy to be around - oh come on - some of you kind of like hanging out with me at the gym, a girl can tell these things. You'll laugh and have a good time. I really don't take myself too seriously, except for the 3-sets thing. That I do not kid about. And Lord knows I can't count to save my life. I like to get you laughing because I actually enjoy spending time with you. I wouldn't be training you if I didn't.
