DEBFIT© Weight Loss Camp: Adriana Arrives from Spain

As Adriana stepped off the float plane at Ganges dock it was an indisputable reveal that this Spanish girl, my new client, had gained more weight than she told me in her emails and phone conversations from Spain. Adriana is 31 years old and has traveled half way around the world to immerse herself in my 3-month Weight Loss Retreat on Salt Spring Island, BC Canada. A long way to go to get rid of the fat.

Let me tell you that Adriana is a gorgeous girl, truly lovely to look at ... a teeny tiny waist (under the layers of excess) that quite frankly many women would have a rib removed to achieve her hourglass silhouette. Liquid brown eyes, divine lips and, being truthful here, the type curves most women would secretly hate her for.

The sad part is Adriana is fat, a body polluted and underappreciated. A girl who is clearly unhappy and has spent too many years trashing her body.

The good part is Adriana is in my hands at my Weight Loss Retreat and I'm going to change all that.
