Did you know that 'fat-free' foods will make you fat. I not making this up and I'm not kidding with you, not one little bit. It's so terribly unfair to those of us that are trying so hard to lose weight. It's a dirty little secret food-stuffs manufacturers and packagers work really, really hard to keep under wraps.
First of all, let's get one thing straight there is no such thing as a 100% fat free food. Everything has a certain amount of fat, sugar or other contents that your body could store as fat. Keep that in mind please and thank you! There are some foods that are easily digestible and that your body will easily take in and use the energy of. This is what I would consider to be a really fat free food: vegetables and fruits. You can't ever EVER go wrong with these choices, because your body was made to eat these and it knows how to store the vitamins and take the energy from it, without making you bulk up with all the fatty bumps and lumps.
And this is a mistake that Adriana has been making all her adult life. 'But it's fat free!" she cries in total and utter disbelief that the Brand X FAT FREE fudgsiclces are not going to dislodge that unwanted fat and fling it right off her body. Umm, hummm I hate to be the bearer of bad new but NO, it WILL NOT.
So, off we go to disembowel her fridge and cupboards of fat-free promises, sugar-free sweet nothings and low-cal window dressing. Sad day, yes. But I've made my point have I not.
P.S.: Despite the fat-free fakery Adriana is still on track and doing fantastic! Although, to be fair and not at all to negate Adriana's hard work she has poured into her fitness regime, because my girl has been working her tush off; but, she would have lost more inches and at minimum, two additional pounds without all the fake foods. It's the fat-free truth.
