The body was designed to move, period. To launch an all-out-attack on your fat you are to move your body, daily, with one full day of rest. No, I do not mean that you are now to train for a marathon and run two hours every day. GET Real(istic)! Today is the day you accept, embrace and look forward to moving your body (almost) daily —- be it a 20-minute walk, swimming, hiking, yoga, cycling, playing with your children in the park, gardening -- you get the idea.

You will not ever try to lose weight by starving your body (again). Fitness works if you work it. You make the choice; stare at your computer screen for (yet another) hour or lace of up your runners and go for a walk.
